Let us help you achieve your goals by speeding up the learning curve. You'll enjoy paddling more and sooner. You will gain confidence and the basic skills needed. Which means, you won't have to struggle to figure it out on your own.

LESSON SELECTION

INTRO to SUP:

Perfect for first-timers, novices and those interested in rentals. We'll start out on land, then spend as much time on the water as possible. We cover safety, getting on & off the board in different situations, stance & positioning, developing an efficient paddle stroke and turning the board. Time permitting, we'll also go over basics of board design and how to load/unload & secure your board to your vehicle.

INTRO TO KAYAKING:

Perfect for first-timers, novices and those interested in rentals. We'll start out on land, then spend as much time on the water as possible. We cover safety, getting in & out of the kayak in different situations, developing an efficient paddle stroke and turning the kayak. Time permitting, we'll also go over basics of kayak design and how to load/unload & secure your kayak to your vehicle.

PADDLING 2.0:

Ready to advance your skills? Let us help you improve your stroke and/or work on advanced maneuvers that will not only improve your speed and tracking but, help avoid injury. We can also help you with your training if you want to compete.

Step 2:  Decide if you prefer to work one-on-one or, would you rather learn with a friend or group?

One on One: 

A 60 minute private lesson, custom tailored to your needs and ability. 

DUO:
Enjoy a 60 minute lesson with a friend!

GROUP:
60 minutes of instruction for a group of 3-6 participants

Rates are per person. All lessons Include a appropriate gear and safety items. Please see actual lesson page for details. We recommend dressing for the water. You may not get wet but, dress as if you plan on it. We also recommend water shoes to protect your feet around shorelines and boat landings. Other recommended items include sunscreen, towel, floating strap for your sunglasses, hat, etc.
