Here is your chance to get introduced to the world of PaddleFit and it’s training program through our fun and challenging introductory fitness class. We will give you a taste of the many benefits of training on the water that include: board skills, balance, endurance, strength and focus. Now is the time to start on your path to get on the water and achieve your training goals. This class is designed to accommodate all skill levels but participants must have some prior SUP experience.
Time: 1 hour
Age: 16 and up
All classes require a board, paddle, leash, PFD & whistle. If you are renting a board, we can provide these items for you if you do not have them. We recommend dressing for the water. You may not get wet. Though, you should dress as if you plan on it. We also recommend water shoes to protect your feet around shorelines and boat landings. Other recommended items include heart rate monitor, sunscreen, towel, floating strap for your sunglasses, hat, etc.
Rates are per person. As an added bonus, we will apply half of your lesson fees towards the purchase of a new SUP! (Per individual. Purchase must be made within one month of your lesson.)
